 My house is located in the woods near a small town by the name of Summer Crescent. The town is made up mainly shoppes and small parks and other fun things. Near by our house is a river, and all around us is woods. I prefer for our members that look rather... unsightly to stay in the house unless capable of appearing human. The location of my house to stay a secret unless my say so, and if a human does come to our home treat them with the utmost respect... and at least act normal.

I have never understood the word "supernatural." Its as if saying, we are the most normal then the humans. That we can get angry like humans without the fear of turning into a monster or catching fire to everything you touch. As if we didn't always have the guilt above our heads that we are the monsters of the world. The ones that children have feared for thousands of years and the ones who have killed to make a living. We will are not super, nor are we natural, we are simply monsters. Nothing can change that, most of us will live until killed and I guess that should be punishment enough for all of our bad deeds, but what if I don't want to die? I admit, I am terribly guilty for killing. Thats what we do, I just get fired up and loose my head, and the world goes up in flames but I don't want to DIE, no anything but that.. I would rather just be human, or at least pretend to be human. Thats why I created this house, as a refuge for all those seeking one thing, to be normal.

I opened my house up to those seeking a home among mortals. Though to keep it cool there is a set of rules I have provided for you, they must be followed and if one is broken know there will be hell to pay with me, this is not your home, it is mine.
1) Don't damage my house.. if you do I will require you to pay for it.
2) This rule will come across rather awkward but I ask you, if you do you decide to *cough* umm... "have a good time" in bed I ask if you keep it down and well... just don't disrupt the house... in other words JUST DON'T DO IT
3) If you happen to get into fight, clean up your own blood. I'll personally heal you up if you're to badly injured.
4) You cannot under any circumstances borrow my car, go get a job and get your own damn car.
6) No skinny dipping in the indoor pool.
7) If you bring a kid into my house you're tkaing care of it, this means cleaning up after it. If you don't your out of this house in a heart beat.

Before enrolling in my house there are a few things you will need to go along just nicely without myself having to stopping you. These things you'll need are quite simple really and I trust you wont have to much problems finding them. If the needed items are beyond reach for you then be sure to contact me to see if there is anyway you could enter without the needed skill/item.

Each member should be treated the same in RoU. We're all the same regardless to our religion, ethnicity, personality, and yes even roleplay skills. I will not tolerate talking about other member's while they are away and any signs of judgmental behavior will result in one warning and knowing how cruel I am I'll probably think of some other sick twisted punishment >:-D. Notice that there is a difference in playing around in chat and calling each other little petty names and you should never take us seriously then.
DRAMA
Drama can be tons of fun in rp, its great to keep the plot moving and keep members interested but please don't bring drama into our chatbox. If something/someone is bothering you please contact me or another Mod before you make any major choices. If you PM someone asking nicely to for them to correct something they may read it rudely and over react, this'll cause major amounts of drama so please run PMs through a mod before sending them to another member. Yes this applies to ALL PMs, we can't exactly know when PM's are being sent but I trust you to be good freaks and follow the rules.
ACTIVITY
In RoU we require you to post on our website 4 times a week to ensure you are active. We're not going to give you a warning or ban you if you dont post this amount of time, but it would be amazing if you did every day. If you're unable to post for a while make sure to request an EFA.
POSTING
Make sure not to post SPAM, these posts will instantly be deleted and you will be notified by PM when this is done. SPAM includes double posting, posting in all caps, chat speak, and extensive use of punctuation. Remember to stay on topic at all times and post at least 3 words in posts as this can result in post deletion as well. I know sometimes it can be easy to go off topic and talk about irrelevent stuff with other members, but thats what PMs and the chatbox are for.
